This specialist paint is a white coating in aqueous dispersion, offering protection to plasterboard of various thicknesses. The coating develops a microporous intumescent layer with a smooth decorative finish. When attacked by fire, the intumescent material protects the coated area for a period in excess of one hour. It can be painted over a good quality acrylic paint.

This is a range of water-based intumescent coatings and clear, white, and coloured finishes for new and existing timber surfaces. Cellulose-based and quick-drying spirit-based top seal coatings are also available. Acrylic coatings are available for priming and finishing a wide range of surfaces.
